Have you ever gone to a Halloween costume party and had somebody ask you: so what are you supposed to be? If you would really like to avoid that question, try choosing a costume that everyone will recognize. It is a very small percentage of the population that would not recognize Storm Trooper costumes. You might want to leave your laser gun at home. Most areas have laws against realistic looking toy guns, and it will just be a pain to carry one around for an evening. You can get around this by carrying a brightly colored one, but that probably looks worse than having no gun at all. Just tell people that you lost it in a fight with Ben Kenobi.
If you can convince a friend to dress up as Luke Skywalker, or you know somebody really tall that can be a Chewbacca, it would be fun to escort them around for the night as your prisoner. You can try to convince somebody to dress up as Han Solo but honestly, do you know anybody that good looking?
If you do choose a Storm Trooper costume, it would be a good idea to try it on long before you go to the party or use it for Halloween. They do not exactly look like they are made for comfort and if it does not fit you it is not the kind of thing you can wriggle into. Stretchable injection-moulded plastics have not yet been invented.
Whatever you do, do not try to fashion your own storm trooper outfit out of materials that are lying around your house. Imagine showing up at a costume party with your Styrofoam Storm Trooper costume and seeing somebody proudly walk in wearing their shiny new plastic armour. You will certainly regret not shelling out a little more money when that happens.

What are German Storm Troopers?

As the Germans came close to defeat at the end of World War 1, they gambled everything on one last attack. For this attack they used their fittest, strongest and most capable troops. Storm Trooper Weapons
The Storm Troopers most common weapon is the BlasTech E-11 blaster rifle. This is probably the most commonly used rifles in the Star Wars empire. The blaster is very similar to that used by Clone Troopers in Clone Wars. All common Storm Troopers carry this weapon as well as the SE-14r. Some of the more Elite Troopers carry heavier more powerful weapons such as the DLT-19 blaster.
Another common form of weaponry carried by Storm Troopers is the thermal detonator which is attached to their backs. A Thermal Detonator is usually white and doesn’t have any labels to avoid enemies being able to detonate it.
You can make your costume so much better by ensuring you get a blaster to go with it. Blasters are the most common weapon and any Star Wars fan will immediatley identify it. Blasters are not expensive and can usually be bought for as little as $13 – $14 dollars.
